TUKHS Engaging Learners in Education and Vocational Aspirations Transition Experiences (ELEVATE) program was rebranded in 2023 by Hannah Morales. We work with over 13 school districts throughout the KC metro area, and the students get a diverse, immersive, and real-world look at healthcare. ELEVATE offers high school students the chance to explore health system careers critical to their daily functions. This internship program enriches students' comprehension of diverse roles and the broader healthcare environment. Every high school student deserves the opportunity to realize and pursue their full potential. The ELEVATE program is dedicated to fostering investment in tomorrow's workforce.
